To speed the process up you may fill out the form below and attach the following information.
The following is the information needed to create your NFA Trust.
I need your mailing address, including your county of residence.
I also need the following names exactly as you would like for them to be written in your trust:
1) The names of the trustees. This would be you and anyone else you would like to be able to use and possess the items who is over the age 21 and can legally possess a firearm.
2) The name of at least one person to be a successor trustee. This person will act much like an executor of a will upon your death to make sure the NFA items are legally and safely transferred to your beneficiaries. This can be the same person as a trustee. For example, if you have a son that is over 21 that you name as trustee, you can also name him as successor trustee. You can name an alternate successor if you wish.
3) The names of your beneficiaries. These are the people you intend to receive your NFA items upon your death. You can include single or multiple primary and single or multiple secondary beneficiaries.
4) The name of your trust. This is totally up to you. It can be "Smith Gun Trust" or "Smith Trust", "Firebird Trust" or whatever. The name does not have to be unique, as this is a private trust and not a state created entity like a corporation or LLC.
